Jeff Schlerf is a professional team co-owner and writer and speaker on business and sports topics. As an attorney for over 30 years, his specialties included advising businesses and lending institutions on corporate reorganizations and financial restructurings and sports law.
Jeff more recently earned a graduate degree in sports management at Georgetown University, maintaining a 4.0 GPA. His Capstone project involved an in-depth analysis of the business model of Major League Soccer. Prior to law school Jeff worked at the Federal Reserve after receiving a graduate degree in Economics, where he authored an in-depth study on monetary policy during the Great Depression. He is a member of the adjunct faculty at William and Mary.
Jeff is a lifetime Philadelphia sports fan who enjoys fitness, reading, boating and travel. He has two college-aged sons, each of whom are sports enthusiasts who aim to work in the industry in the future.
